1. Care Claims specializes in insurance adjustment services for residential properties in Florida. Our services include damage assessment, claim documentation, negotiation with insurance companies, and claim settlement assistance. Service availability may depend on case complexity, scheduling availability, and property accessibility.

2. You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services, including but not limited to property details, insurance policy information, and damage documentation. You are responsible for ensuring your property is accessible for inspections and assessments.

3. Our fee structure is based on a percentage of the insurance claim settlement amount, as permitted by Florida law. Specific fee arrangements will be detailed in a separate service agreement. No upfront fees are required unless specifically outlined in writing.

4. Care Claims acts as your advocate in the insurance claims process. While we strive for maximum claim settlements, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not responsible for insurance company decisions or pre-existing property conditions.

5. You may terminate our services by providing written notice. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your service agreement.

6. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive claim-related updates and occasional communications via SMS, phone calls, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on claim status. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

7. All client information is handled in accordance with insurance privacy regulations and is used solely to facilitate insurance claim services. We maintain strict confidentiality of all claim-related information.

8. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and claim-related information. All documentation is stored securely in compliance with Florida insurance regulations.

9. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. As a licensed Florida Public Adjuster firm, we operate in compliance with all applicable state regulations and maintain required licenses and insurance.
